Will I receive an e-mail to confirm my order?
As long as you provide your e-mail address during order processing, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.

 

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

 

When will my order be shipped?
Char-Broil orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 4 days on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.  Please see the details of our Shipping Policy, including holiday shipping deadlines.

 

May I cancel my order?
Char-Broil orders may be canceled only prior to warehouse processing.  Orders for in-stock merchandise are submitted for warehouse processing at regular intervals throughout the day.

Delivery Options / Shipping & Handling
Shipping and freight charges are NOT refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error. 

 

Delivery Options
Standard delivery orders are shipped via ground service, and generally arrive in 7-10 business days. Some smaller packages may ship via USPS. All delivery dates are subject to carrier holidays. Orders are shipped in as few shipments as possible. For multiple shipments, please contact customer service at 1-866-902-4384. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may result in additional charges, in which case customer Service will contact you for approval prior to shipping.

 

For even faster delivery, we offer express shipment by Next Day or 2nd Day delivery service on most items. Express shipping does not expedite order processing. Express packages will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. See rate chart below and add $15.00 for 2nd Day Express Service or $25.00 for Standard Overnight Service. Not all items are available for express delivery (such as most grills, smokers, or other heavy/bulky items). Call 1-866-902-4384 toll-free for more information or if you have a question about your order.

Warranty Orders
Domestic warranty orders are shipped at the rate of $8.95 per order within the United States. For international warranty orders, additional fees will apply.

 

Oversized Shipping & Truck/Freight Delivery
In order to ensure the best quality delivery, most Grills, Smokers, Fireplaces and Cookers require "Basic Truck Delivery" as noted on the item's information page. 

If an item is considered oversized, the additional shipping and handling fee is listed on the item's information page. Please note this delivery surcharge will be included in the final shipping charge calculations. 

Oversized shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will incur additional freight charges.  Please contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-902-4384 for freight quotes.

"Basic Truck Delivery" items will be shipped curbside by freight carrier and unloading items from the truck is the customer's responsibility, so please plan accordingly.  For any questions regarding special shipping, please call a customer service representative toll-free at 1-866-902-4384.

All orders require a daytime shipping telephone number which is used ONLY for scheduling delivery.  Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Additional charges will apply for refusals and missed delivery appointments.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged for refusing or returning an item for any reason other than damage or misshipment.  Any damages incurred on freight deliveries must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of receipt, and Customer Service must be notified within 48 hours.  You may cancel truck/freight delivery items without penalty only prior to warehouse processing of the order.

 

APO/FPO Shipments
Due to federal security regulations, we are unable to ship items containing liquid to APO/FPO addresses.  When ordering items containing liquid, please provide a physical shipping address.

Due to size and weight restrictions that vary by location, some items may be too large or heavy to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

International Shipments
International shipments will be assessed surcharges, where applicable, to recover a portion of the high cost of shipping, customs, and taxes imposed on products shipped from the U.S. into other countries.
